Another night at the Hospital ….with a different Abbey BOY!

MR. PRESCHOOL !

Had a massive allergic reaction last night ( to less than 1/2 a halloween sized candy bar) that snuck by us with ahhhhhh --peanuts in it!!!!

Super Dad rocked and gave him Benadryl at the first sign of welts and called me  to get home and get him to the hospital ( I was out for a moms” night off “dessert date with one of my favorite girls in the whole world ) 

When I got here he was screaming that his whole body was hurting in-between hyperventilating and yelling something about “ peanuts did this “ oh and there vomiting too..what a night for super dad...he just loves dealing with body fluids!

The only part of his body that did not swell were his knee caps ! His ears were purple and doubled in size and he turned RED ...really really really red !

The nurse asked him if she could see his tongue and he told her that he had one, but that it hurt too much to show her ...guess it was swelling up too:)

He is now the proud owner a very big epi pen (that must go  where he goes)

and he has been dubbed with a full fledge peanut allergy {which we suspected from when he was 6 months old and have tried to be very careful with ..but we need to raise the bar -obviously!!...so this is officially a NO NUT  Boy & HOUSE !

Ahhhh the adventures never end..they are getting to know me very well at the emergency room! ( More pics to come later)

Kelly you need to move to the W.R hospital ER -we would see more of each other that way :)

SO WHAT am I thankful for this today you ask ?

#2. I AM thankful for our  Ikea couch with removable slipcovers!! As uncomfortable as it is…. it works for this stage in the game …where not everyone knows how to run to the bathroom before they get sick !
